Natalie previously served as the Director of Development for the school, where she supported its mission through strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement. She worked closely with faculty, families, and partners to strengthen programs and promote long-term growth.

Prior to joining LMA, Natalie was the Director of Student Teaching Placement at Aquinas College, where she coordinated placements and built partnerships with local schools to support future educators.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communications from Aquinas College and brings strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to her work.
