Heather earned her Bachelor of Science along with her teaching certificate from Faith Baptist Bible College. She began her teaching career in Iowa, where she assisted K-12 homeschool students for thirteen years. She also taught elementary school for three years. Heather enjoys using hands-on techniques that teach math in a visual way and helps develop students’ confidence.
​When she is not teaching, Heather enjoys spending time with her family. Together they enjoy traveling, disc golfing, and exploring their new home state of Michigan.
